Building Work

Al Raha Beach Hotel have started an expansion program which will consist of doubling the number of guest rooms, adding three new restaurants and upgrading the spa and landscape around the swimming pool and the existing La Piscine restaurant. The 1st phase has started and involves land reclamation and will last until Apr 2009, which will be followed by the construction of the new extension. Effort will be done to keep disturbance to a minimum, however visual disturbance is highly anticipated. There is on-going construction works within the Al Raha Corniche, which is the area where the Al Raha Beach Hotel is situated. The hotel however, is not in direct contact with the actual construction as this is over 500 metres away. It is happening on the other side of the resort to where the villas are located and the hotel amenities, therefore guests should remain undisturbed.
